How to get out on the water in Clew Bay

If you don’t want to sail your own boat to the remote region of Clew Bay, there are other options. Boats can be charted for angling, cruising or exploring some of Clew Bay's 365 islands. Other options include visiting by land and taking day trips out on the Bay from either Westport or Clare Island, both of which are home to charter angling boats and excursion vessels.
